30-day money-back guarantee. If a Money Decoded book or toolkit is not right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. You do not need to give a reason.
1. What is covered
Every digital book, toolkit, planner and journal sold on readmoneydecoded.com, including bundles. The 30 days start on the date you paid.
2. How to ask for a refund
Email support@readmoneydecoded.com from the email address you used at checkout. Tell us which product you bought. That is all we need.
3. When you get your money
We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it on your statement.
4. Billing errors & access problems
If you were charged twice, charged but never received your download, or see a charge you did not make, email us at any time, even after 30 days. We will fix it, including a refund where the error was ours.
5. Please email us first
If something is wrong, write to us before you contact your bank. A refund from us is faster than a chargeback.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
